‘That’s what happens’ – Keegan Bradley caught cold by Netflix cameras as fiery battle cry ignites Ryder Cup year

Keegan Bradley has admitted he was ‘surprised’ Netflix aired his impromptu locker room rallying cry at the Presidents Cup. The US Ryder Cup captain was part of a victorious American team at the tournament last September, and while celebrating, he gave a short but passionate speech looking ahead to this year’s big meeting against Team Europe at Bethpage Black Course in New York. The line was filmed by Netflix’s Full Swing cameras, and then broadcast by the streaming giant. Bradley has since addressed the viral moment, and insists that he was just caught up in the excitement, and never thought his speech would be seen by so many. “Listen, I thought I was in a locker room with my team,” he said, speaking after a terrific first round at the Arnold Palmer Invitational. “You know, that’s what happens in a locker room. I meant no disrespect to the Europeans. “This was a time that we had just won the Presidents Cup, I was in the locker room and it was my turn to address the team. “I meant no disrespect, I was more speaking to our guys. “But again, I have to know that in this day and age, especially with cell phones, everything’s being recorded. “That’s who I am. That’s me. I’m a pretty excited person. I’m very excited about the Ryder Cup. “I think my enthusiasm towards the Ryder Cup showed there. It was meant for our team.
