Southwest customers haven’t exactly been feeling the LUV from all of the company’s recent changes, but there’s a new offer out today that could still be worth it for many folks.
By using promo code SUMMER30, you can save up to 30% on both paid and award flights over the entire Summer. If you have travel planned with Southwest, it’s worth taking a look to see if you can save some cash or points through rebooking.

Quick Thoughts
As per usual when Southwest runs sales such as these, you only get 2-3 days in which to make your bookings. However, the valid travel period for this one runs through the entire Summer all the way to October 2nd.
Saving up to 30% is good, but be aware that not all routes are eligible for the discount and even if you do find an eligible route, not all flights on that route might receive a discount. Flights that ae eligible will appear in green with a higher price struck through.
The discount is also “up to” 30%, so eligible flights might be discounted by a lower amount than that.
The nice thing is that these types of promo code are valid on both paid and award flights.
You can also reprice any existing flights that you’ve already booked to take advantage of the sale.
