Scott Adkins Is an Ass-Kicking Ex-Con in the First ‘Diablo’ Trailer [Exclusive]

The next action thriller from Scott Adkins just got an exciting new look. Collider is thrilled to partner with Grindstone Entertainment to debut the first trailer for Diablo, the upcoming kidnapping thriller in which Adkins stars alongside Marko Zaror and Diana Hoyos. The film follows Kris Chaney (Adkins), a former convict who gets released and goes on a dangerous mission. He kidnaps Elisa, the daughter of a powerful drug lord, Vicente, which leaves them both in grave danger from a sociopathic killer hell-bent on revenge against Vicente’s family. The first trailer showcases stunning hand-to-hand combat reminiscent of the John Wick franchise, where Adkins most recently appeared in John Wick: Chapter 4. Adkins plays Killa across from Keanu Reeves in the film, the card dealer who gets into a fight with John at the nightclub.
