With 273,705 passengers carried and 3,269 flights operated last month, Air Serbia has once again pushed the boundaries of success, recording its best March result since it started operating under its current name. Compared to 2024, the number of flights increased by 8%, indicating the continued development of the Serbian national airline.
“Month after month, we record steady growth, further confirmed by the cabin load factor, which reached 74% in March – an increase of three percentage points compared to the same period last year. The trust our passengers place in us motivates us to continue improving our operations. In June, we will introduce three new destinations to our network and, during the summer season, operate scheduled flights to more than 80 cities worldwide. We always strive to be the first choice for passengers and the airline that offers the best travel opportunities,” said Jiří Marek, CEO of Air Serbia.
Air Serbia’s most popular destinations in the region during March were Podgorica, Tivat, and Ljubljana, while in Western Europe, the most in-demand flights were to Paris, Zurich, Milan, Rome, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, and Vienna. In the broader Euro-Mediterranean zone, passengers mostly chose destinations such as Athens, Istanbul, Barcelona, and Larnaca.
