QOTD: What Is Your Automotive Noise Tolerance Level?

It's usually large trucks, motorcycles (both cruisers and sport bikes), sports cars, and street racers. I live in a high rise near a highway (not as fancy as it sounds, I do work in media after all) and even on an upper floor, I can hear loud vehicles on a daily basis. Vrrooom brap *upshift* vrooom. Or something like that.
It wasn't all that different in the suburb where I grew up. My street was quiet but a major four-lane thoroughfare that ran the length of town was just blocks away. Sound carries on summer nights -- I'd hear impromptu drag races.
Maybe I'm used to it, maybe it's because I'm a car guy, but generally I have tolerance for this sort of thing. It's part of living in highly populated areas -- whether the area has suburban sprawl or urban density. But you might not feel the same way.
So, let's hear it -- how tolerant are you when it comes to noisy vehicles on the roads near you?
Sound off below.
