Primus & Tool’s Maynard James Keenan team up on “Little Lord Fentanyl”
They debuted the song at the beginning of this year’s Sessanta tour.

Primus, Puscifer, and A Perfect Circle began their second “Sessanta” tour last week, and Primus have been playing a new song at many of the dates, “Little Lord Fentanyl,” that features vocals from Maynard James Keenan. They’ve now released the studio version, which you can hear below. It’s also Primus’ first new recording with their new drummer, John Hoffman. It kicks right off with classic Les Claypool bass wizardry, and it’s as delightfully weird as you’d hope a song called “Little Lord Fentanyl” would be. Check it out below.
The 2025 Sessanta tour continues through early June, including a Holmdel, NJ show at PNC Bank Arts Center on May 17, and Primus will begin their “Onward & Upward Tour” in July, which is with Ty Segall and MonoNeon, and includes an NYC show at The Rooftop at Pier 17 on July 21. See all dates below.
