‘Poltergeist’ Joins Film Vault Lineup from WB & Vice Press With New 4K SteelBook [Exclusive]

The Film Vault is back! Bloody Disgusting has exclusively learned that Warner Bros. Discovery is launching the next two installments in the sellout Film Vault Range in collaboration with Vice Press, and Tobe Hooper’s horror classic Poltergeist is coming along for the ride!

The collection has evolved for Wave 3 and now includes a SteelBook housed in streamlined cigar box packaging – both with brand new Vice Press artwork – as well an acetate sleeve and the same high quality paper premiums fans have come to expect. This now means you’re getting 4 pieces of awesome Vice Press artwork, all with the distinctive Film Vault style.

Bloody Disgusting has learned that Vice Press will also be releasing two variants per film included in Wave 3: the full limited and numbered Special Edition and a Solus SteelBook.

Additionally, Vice Press will also be releasing an exclusive version of each edition, with the Special Edition including a 24×36 inch poster, and the SteelBook and a Vice Press Editions poster, both featuring the cover art by Matt Ferguson and Florey. Each version will also be available with a copy of the original theatrical poster in one-sheet format.

These editions will be available exclusively from Vice-Press.com.

The official pre-order for Poltergeist launches at midnight on Monday, April 14 and will be available from Vice Press and specialist UK retailers including Zavvi, HMV, and Amazon UK.

The original horror classic, Poltergeist was released in 1982, directed by Tobe Hooper and co-written and produced by Steven Spielberg. JoBeth Williams, Craig T. Nelson and the late Heather O’Rourke starred as a family besieged by supernatural terror in their suburban home.
