“Magic Tale” Is Free AI-Powered Tool That Could Help Teach Students How To Write A Story

Magic Tale is an AI-powered tool that asks you about ten questions about a story you want to write, produces the story, and then turns it into a “choose-your-own-adventure” if you want to continue it.

We’ll shortly be beginning my seven-week storywriting unit in my ELL Newcomers class.  If this site is unblocked, but is always a big question, I could see having students try the site out as a new element of the unit.

The questions it asks you are very accessible, and it can produce an equally accessible story at the end.

In addition, the questions themselves can help teach the elements needed in any kind of story construction.
