Opening odds for the first round of the 2025 NCAA men’s basketball tournament

The NCAA men’s basketball tournament selection committee has finalized the bracket and CBS is announcing it as we speak. As each region of the 2025 NCAA men’s basketball tournament bracket is announced, we’ll be providing the full list of matchups below and adding in opening odds as soon as FanDuel Sportsbook makes them available. The tournament opens with the First Four on Tuesday, March 18 and Wednesday, March 19. The first round then kicks off on Thursday, March 20. The national champion will be crowned on April 7 at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. Duke enters the tournament as the favorite, installed at +340 ahead of the Selection show.
