DRAFT-LOTTERY DETAILS
• The odds for the No. 1 pick are accurate if there are no ties in the final standings. If there are ties, the NBA will conduct a tie-breaker through a random draw and the odds will change slightly.
• The first four picks are determined by a drawing of balls. Picks 5-14 are then determined by record (with worst remaining record starting at 5).
• Houston and Atlanta’s picks are based on the record of teams they acquired the selections from.
