My Chemical Romance giving ‘Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge’ deluxe reissue ft. previously unheard tracks

Ahead of their The Black Parade tour, My Chemical Romance have announced a deluxe reissue of their 2004 sophomore album, Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge, due out 21 years to the day after its original release, on June 6. It’s been remixed by Rich Costey and remastered, and features four bonus tracks: previously unreleased live versions of “I’m Not Okay (I Promise),” “Helena,” and “The Ghost Of You,” and a live version of “You Know What They Do to Guys Like Us in Prison” that was originally released as a b-side on the limited edition UK CD single of “I’m Not Okay (I Promise).” See the cover art and tracklist below, and pre-order it on red & black marble vinyl in the BV shop.

The live edition of “I’m Not OK (I Promise),” performed for BBC Radio 1’s “The Lock Up” in 2025, is out now, and you can hear it below, and watch the 4k film restored version for the video of the track’s studio version.

The Black Parade tour, meanwhile, runs through July, August, and September, including East Rutherford, NJ’s MetLife Stadium on August 9 with Death Cab for Cutie and Thursday. See all dates below.
