Motorola Razr 60 Ultra leak reveals stacked specs, bold screen upgrades

The Motorola Razr 60 Ultra is shaping up to be a serious foldable flagship—and now, we’ve got the full spec sheet. Thanks to a leak from 91mobiles, the phone’s key hardware has spilled online ahead of launch. And from the looks of it, Motorola’s not holding back this year.

Let’s start with the basics. The Razr 60 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3—or as Qualcomm now calls it, the Snapdragon 8 Elite. You’re also getting 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. No microSD card slot, though.

The inside display gets a big bump: 7 inches, 1440p, LTPO AMOLED with a blazing 165Hz refresh rate and a ridiculous 4,500 nits of peak brightness. On the outside, the 4-inch cover display uses a flexible pOLED panel, also with 165Hz refresh and up to 3,000 nits of brightness. Both panels support HDR10+ and high touch response rates for gaming.

Motorola’s also going all-in on battery and charging. The Razr 60 Ultra comes with a 4,700mAh battery, 66W wired TurboPower charging, and 30W wireless. That should make it one of the better foldables for battery life, at least on paper.

Other features include Android 15 out of the box, Bluetooth 5.4, dual SIM slots, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. As for the cameras, you’re getting a 50MP main shooter with OIS and a 50MP ultrawide lens that doubles as a macro. No telephoto this time, but honestly, that’s pretty common for foldables.

Physically, it measures 171.48 x 73.99 x 7.29mm when open and folds down to 88.12 x 73.99 x 15.69mm. It weighs 199 g and comes in black, green, pink, red, and—yes—wood.

Motorola will officially launch the Razr 60 Ultra on April 24 alongside the regular Razr 60.
