Ashton Yates put his Jones Honda CBR1000RR-R on the MotoAmerica Stock 1000 provisional pole on Friday afternoon at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta. OrangeCat BMW teammates Jayson Uribe and Andrew Lee were second and third, ahead of Bryce Kornbau on a BPR Racing Yamaha YZF-R1 and Rocco Landers on the RevZilla/Motul/Vance & Hines Suzuki GSX-R1000R.
