Jake Dixon was quickest during Moto2 World Championship Free Practice Friday morning at Circuit of The Americas (COTA), in Austin, Texas. Riding his Pirelli-shod ELF Marc VDS Racing Team Boscoscuro on the 3.43-mile (5.51 km) track, the Brit recorded a 2:19.359 to lead the field of 28 riders.
American Joe Roberts was the best of the rest with a 2:20.530 on his OnlyFans American Racing Team Kalex.
Turkish rider, Deniz Öncu was third-fastest with a 2:20.566 on his Red Bull KTM Ajo Kalex.
