Since wrapping up his time on the show, plus a role in the movie Twelve in 2010, Sullivan has shifted focus to academics, currently pursuing a graduate degree in Victorian literature, E! News revealed.
It was recently announced that in the upcoming Malcolm in the Middle revival on Disney+, Dewey will be played by Caleb Ellsworth-Clark. The show, which was announced in December 2024, will bring back stars like Frankie Muniz and Bryan Cranston, and will center around Hal and Lois’ 40th wedding anniversary.
For those unfamiliar, the original show ran on Fox for seven seasons and followed the chaotic lives of the Wilkerson family, highlighting the brilliant middle child, Malcolm (Muniz’s character).
