The Lord of the Rings: Rings of Power Season 3 is poised to be the biggest season of Prime Video's fantasy series. After a tremendous second season that featured massive revelations and epic scenes, the third season will be something to behold. Series stars David Weyman and Charlie Vickers can't wait for fans to see what the team is working on. Season 2 finally revealed the identity of The Stranger, and with that out in the open, "I’m excited for this plethora of possible pitfalls, errors and failings that young Gandalf can learn from," Weyman told Deadline. Based on what viewers know about Gandalf from the movies, Weyman anticipates that the wise man will have some learning to do before becoming the character Sir Ian McKellen portrayed in the films. "Literally anything could happen because the only way we’re going to see a wise being later on is if he does some pretty horrendous accidental things and puts his foot in the wrong places and has to pick it up and learn again," the actor teased.
