Lana Del Rey Seeks ‘Henry’ On New Single
The track was co-written by Del Ray with Luke Laird, with production from Drew Erickson.

Lana Del Rey announced her new album last November, but its first single has only now just dropped. “Henry, come on” is a six-minute ballad flecked with strings and comes ahead of The Right Person Will Stay, which is out May 21 from Interscope.
The track was co-written by Del Ray with Luke Laird, with production from Drew Erickson. Longtime Del Rey collaborator Jack Antonoff also worked on the country-tinged The Right Person Will Stay, as did Del Rey’s sister, Caroline “Chuck” Grant.

Today’s release makes good on Del Rey’s promise to reveal new material before her April 25 performance at the Stagecoach festival in Indio, Ca.
“I’m so excited to see everybody in the desert in April!,” she wrote on Instagram last week. “This has been such a crazy nine months and I’m so blessed that come the 25th, it will have been a year since I got to headline Coachella. Thank you to my buddies over there at the festival for letting me play my new songs this year for you — and to my amazing band helping me kick things off with rehearsals this week.”
Antonoff and Erickson previously lent a hand on Del Rey’s 2023 album Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd, while Laird has written and produced for such country stars as Kacey Musgraves, Eric Church and Tim McGraw.
Del Rey’s additional 2025 performances encompass stadiums in the U.K. and Ireland, beginning June 23 in Cardiff, Wales. Her only U.S. show at the moment is Aug. 3 at the Hinterland Festival in Saint Charles, Ia.
