Kevin Bacon and Jennifer Nettles have released The Bondsman: Hell and Back, an album featuring original country music written in-character for “The Bondsman.”
“We had such a blast collaborating as songwriters,” Nettles told Bloody Disgusting. “We were able to write music for our characters that you get to hear in the show. Kevin’s an incredible writer, an incredible storyteller, an amazing lyricist, and a wonderful musician.”

Produced by Blumhouse Television, “The Bondsman” debuted on Prime Video yesterday.
Murdered bounty hunter Hub Halloran is back from the dead after being resurrected by the Devil to trap and send back demons that have escaped from the prison of Hell. By chasing down those demons, with the help and hindrance of his estranged family, Hub learns how his own sins got his soul condemned — which pushes him to seek a second chance at life, love, and country music.
The action-horror-thriller series is created by Grainger David, with Erik Oleson (“Daredevil,” “Carnival Row”) serving as showrunner.
