The Royal Challengers Bengaluru have the most English players, with Phil Salt, Liam Livingstone and Jacob Bethell, while Sam Curran and Jamie Overton while be donning the yellow of Chennai Super Kings, and Will Jacks and Reece Topley will be representing the Mumbai Indians. Other England players include former white ball captain Jos Buttler, who is now a member of the Gujarat Titans, while fast bowler Jofra Archer will be representing the Rajasthan Royals. Mumbai Indians have arguably the best squad of those in the league, and will head into this year’s tournament as favourites, as they so often do, just 12 months after the competition’s joint most successful side finished bottom of the table with just four wins from their 14 games.
