I want to teach music but I do not know how to proceed [closed]
All of my music interests are half-baked. I have a grade 6 in violin but lost touch for more than a decade I have only grade 2 in piano I am currently learning electric guitar as I am more interested in it but not going exam route I play bass for an ad hoc leisure band on a beginner level I have been thinking of self employed so I wish to teach music like my guitar teacher and also one day when I was made redundant in my day job, I have something to fall on. The problem is I will have to commit to the one instrument and teach which means going back to violin or piano and I find guitar is more challenging as students nowadays can learn from TikTok, YouTube, and other media. So, how can I proceed to become a music teacher?
