I Need ‘Doctor Odyssey’ To Be Renewed for Season 2 so We Can Get a Musical Episode
With so many musical people in the Doctor Odyssey cast, the show would be remiss if they didn't add a musical episode in a potential Season 2.
Without an update on whether there will be a second season for Doctor Odyssey, the show is adrift in the water without a clear direction forward. I can't help but hope Season 2 does get a green light, and not because of what it may mean for the love triangle between Max (Joshua Jackson), Avery (Phillipa Soo), and Tristan (Sean Teale). No, I really want to see Doctor Odyssey return so it can deliver on another important part of the show. There have been countless themed weeks so far, with almost every episode based around one. There are the more typical themes, like Halloween, a wedding, or spring break, then the more unexpected, like the plastic surgery mishaps or the rubber duckies of “Quackers.”
