NBC has released new images of Chicago Med Season 10, Episode 20, previewing the aftermath of Goodwin and Maggie's confrontation.

Fed up with what they see as a pattern of neglect and broken promises, the nurses are ready to show just how vital they are to the hospital’s operation. In Chicago Med Season 10, Episode 19, a tense meeting between the nurses and hospital chief Sharon Goodwin (S. Epatha Merkerson) ended in frustration, escalating into a rare fallout between Goodwin and her longtime friend, charge nurse Maggie Lockwood (Marlyne Barrett). The saga intensifies in the upcoming episode, where Maggie quietly takes the lead in organizing a nurse sick-out, becoming what the episode titles, “The Invisible Hand.” The resultant effect will see Gaffney in disarray, as shown in an earlier teaser and the newly released images of Episode 20.
