There’s no better way to celebrate a birthday than playing in Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans, but Cooper DeJean is taking his celebration to another level.

There’s no better way to celebrate a birthday than playing in Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans, but Cooper DeJean is taking his celebration to another level.
On his 22nd birthday, DeJean couldn’t have picked a better time to record his first career NFL interception.
DeJean intercepted a pass from Patrick Mahomes which he returned all the way back for a touchdown.
It wasn’t the only reason why the pick was memorable, though.
DeJean is the first player in NFL history to score a touchdown in the Super Bowl on his birthday.
The rookie cornerback has played a big part in the Eagles’ stout defence, registering 51 tackles, six passes defended, half a sack, a forced fumble and three forced fumble recoveries.
Philadelphia selected the former Iowa Hawkeyes defender 40th overall in the 2024 NFL Draft.
