While the wheel doesn’t need reinventing, it’s been particularly fun to see a lot more unconventional shapes popping up this year.For my ideal Easter egg, I look for something made with good-quality chocolate that isn’t sickly sweet. For milk chocolate, I like at least 40% cocoa solids, and for dark 60%. Anything much higher than that can be a bit intense for an Easter egg, and almost too grownup – after all, it still needs to be fun!
