Challenges Faced When Project Goals Are Unclear
During a project refinement meeting about a migration, I kept asking questions to better understand the scope and direction of the project. Each time, I was told, "We don't know and we don't need to know." When I pointed out that we lacked a clear vision for the project, the response was, "That's because we're just executors." I find this approach concerning. How can a team deliver quality work if there's no shared understanding or clarity about the project's objectives?
