Brentford 0-0 Chelsea: Boring Blues drop points in race for Champions League
Chelsea looking to cement their place in the top four today.

Enzo Maresca was made to regret overly changing his side as Chelsea were held to a goalless draw at Brentford in the Premier League on Sunday.
With the likes of Nicolas Jackson and Cole Palmer benched, the Blues were unable to replicate their great performance in the 1-0 victory over Tottenham on Thursday night.
Christopher Nkunku, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Noni Madueke were practically anonymous in the first-half as Brentford looked the more likely to score, but a combination of poor finishing and good goalkeeping from Robert Sanchez kept the score level.
The introduction of Jackson at half-time improved Chelsea drastically but it was not enough for a win, with Mark Flekken holding firm to give the Bees their first home clean sheet of the season.

Both sides had chances to win it late on as Sepp van den Berg headed over from close range while Palmer grazed the crossbar with the last kick of the match.
The result keeps Chelsea fourth in the table for now but this could prove to be a huge blow in their pursuit of Champions League football. Next up, Maresca’s men take on Legia Warsaw in the Conference League quarter-finals on Thursday.
