‘Bendy and the Ink Machine’ Coming to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series, Including a PS5 Physical Edition [Trailer]

Released back on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One way back in 2018, Bendy and the Ink Machine will be getting a current-gen update from Joey Drew Studios and Silver Lining Interactive. The horror will arrive later this year digitally for both consoles, with an additional physical release for the PlayStation 5 that you can pre-order now.

Arriving Q2 2025, the current-gen version provides newcomers (and returning players) a chance to return to the atmospheric puzzle action horror title, as you explore the abandoned animation workshop of Joey Drew Studios. Once the lead animator during the studio’s golden age, Henry thought his days drawing cartoons were long behind him. However, decades later, a cryptic invitation pulls him back to the studio, and into a twisted world of living ink, broken memories, and something that should’ve stayed forgotten.

As for the physical release for the PlayStation 5, it includes a download code for the game’s original soundtrack by TheMeatly.

Along with the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, Bendy and the Ink Machine is also available on the Nintendo Switch, iOS and Android, and PC via Steam. Speaking of which, you can grab the Steam version of the game with a 60% discount from now until April 27.

Meanwhile, a film adaptation of Bendy and the Ink Machine is currently in the works from director André Øvredal (The Last Voyage of the Demeter, Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark).
