2025 Cyclone RT3e scooter in Malaysia this June, priced at RM12,888 excluding road tax and insurance

Another model from China motorcycle maker Cyclone, the 2025 Cyclone RT3e, is set to debut in Malaysia this coming June and priced at RM12,888. This retro scooter will join the upcoming RX650 adventure-tourer, and RA600 and RE600 middleweight scrambler and cruiser.

Plower for the RT3e comes from a. fuel-injected, single-cylinder, DOHC engine displacing 247 cc, driving a CVT transmission. Power is claimed to be 26 hp at 8,500 rpm with a maximum torque of 24.5 Nm at 6,500 rpm.

Resembling a vintage Lambretta scooter, the RT3e comes with 12-inch wheels from and rear, with 120/70 and 130/70 tyres. Suspension uses telescopic non-adjustable forks in front and twin preload-adjustable shock absorbers at the back.

Braking is done with single hydraulic callipers front and rear while two-channel ABS is standard equipment. Necessary information is displayed on a digital speedometer including tachometer and voltage indicator.

Other equipment includes LED lighting throughout, cargo rack, front cargo rack and electric starting. Fuel tank capacity is 10-liters while a small storage compartment is found under the seat.
