2 Best Western promos: Earn 10k points when staying 3 nights + earn 1,000 points per night

Best Western has opened registration for two different promotions that should stack with each other, giving the opportunity to earn 26,000 bonus points when staying only 6 nights.

• Earn 1,000 bonus points per night
  • Best Western Rewards (“BWR”) members (“Rewards Member(s)”) who (a) register for the promotion and book travel between May 5, 2025 and May 11, 2025, and (b) complete a qualified night* between May 5, 2025 and September 1, 2025 (“Promotion Period”) at any Best Western branded hotel in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean Islands will earn 1,000 Bonus Points for completion of the qualified night.
  • A Rewards Member can earn 1,000 Bonus Points a maximum of ten (10) times during the Promotion Period. The total Bonus Points awarded for this promotion may not exceed 10,000 Bonus Points per Rewards Member.
• A “qualified night” for the purpose of these promotions is defined as a stay of at least one night at any Best Western branded hotel in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean, at a rate eligible for earning Points, with the exception of a stay booked through an online travel agency, booked through a tour operator, or booked at a special discounted rate (see BWR program rules for further information on qualifying criteria). Qualified nights that take place during the Promotion Period must be completed on or before September 1, 2025 to count towards the promotion.

Quick Thoughts

There’s the potential to have one or more rewarding stays courtesy of these two promotions that overlap in stay dates.

From what I can tell, the ‘Stay 3 nights to earn 10,000 bonus points’ promo doesn’t require consecutive nights, so you should – in theory – be able to have three separate one night stays to qualify if that works better with your travel plans.

That in turn will stack with the promo giving 1,000 bonus points per night. Those bonus points appear to be awarded on a per night basis rather than per stay basis (You see Hilton? It’s not that hard).

That means that staying three nights should earn you 10,000 bonus points from the first promo and 3,000 bonus points from the second, for a total of 13,000 bonus points on top of what you’d already earn. The 10,000 points can be earned twice, so you can max this out by staying a total of six nights during the promo periods. The 1,000 bonus points promo on the other hand can be earned on up to ten nights.

With the 10,000 points offer, stays can be booked at any time provided they take place from May 12 through September 1. The 1,000 points offer on the other hand has a slightly longer eligible stay period of May 5 through September 1, but you have to book your stay(s) by May 11.
