Win the Weekend: Sebring edition

As the IMSA WeatherTech Sports Car Championship turns its attention to the challenges of street circuit racing at the upcoming Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach, cast your mind back to the grueling bumps of Sebring International Raceway that presented a wholly different challenge over 12 hard-fought hours of racing, The second episode of this season’s on-going docuseries, IMSA: Win the Weekend presented by Michelin covers the inside stories from the Mobil 1 12 Hours of Sebring, and is now available on the official IMSA YouTube channel.

For this installment, the story centers around the sonorous Aston Martin Valkryie’s competition debut in the GTP class along with stalwart GTD competitors Lexus Vasser Sullivan Racing. It was to be a baptism by fire for the Valkyrie that certainly won over plenty of fans in the process while the Vasser Sullivan squad celebrated a hard-earned podium finish. Along the way, the episode treats us to some stunning super-slo mo footage of Sebring’s notorious bumps and Michelin tire’s on the knife’s edge of grip.

The 2025 Mobil 1 12 Hours of Sebring was a thriller to the end across all of the classes, and as it so often does, this episode of Win the Weekend offers a glimpse into what it took to get the finish.
