use case relationships and actors specification [closed]

i'm making a use case diagram for a specific system, the question is if the requirment says that the user shall be able to specify it's goal whether it's a gaining weight or lose or maintain. so i put it as i generalization for this use case, do you think ut's correct? or should i put it just the only use case which is the specify health goal? and is it good to write "specify " in use case? i feel it's incorrect somehow. another question, if my system itse;f will provides the notifications there's no need to put the notification as an actor ? and the same for if my AI is internal, is it good to put it as a secondary actor?
