“The Studio” is now streaming on Apple TV+, taking viewers into the inner workings of Hollywood, albeit through a fictional studio. But you’ll definitely still recognize those studio execs.
Created by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg, the new series centers on Matt Remick (Rogen), an exec at Continental Studios who gets thrust into his dream job of running the whole place. But, as he soon finds out, being the guy who has to make all the decisions can be really tough.
Dropping weekly on Apple TV+, “The Studio” will see an insane, extensive list of guest stars pop up. But here’s who you need to know from the core cast.

Matt Remick (Seth Rogen)
Matt is a lover of movies and the newly appointed head of the fictional Continental Studios. He’s played by comedy staple Seth Rogen, who you’ll definitely know from movies like “Knocked Up,” “Long Shot,” “Neighbors” and a whole lot more.

Patty Leigh (Catherine O’Hara)
Patty is the studio head that Matt replaces, who just happens to have mentored him throughout his career. She…doesn’t take it well. But she acts it brilliantly, because she’s played by the legendary Catherine O’Hara, best known for “Schitt’s Creek,” the “Home Alone” films and countless other projects.

Sal Saperstein (Ike Barinholtz)
Sal Saperstein is Matt’s best friend and fellow Continental Studios exec. He’s played by Ike Barinholtz, who starred in “The Mindy Project,” “Suicide Squad,” and alongside Rogen in the “Neighbors” films.

Maya (Kathryn Hahn)
Maya is the head of marketing for Continental Studios, and she’s played hilariously by Kathryn Hahn, who is, of course, prone to playing incredible comedic characters. You’ll know her from “Step Brothers,” the “Bad Moms” films, and as the incomparable Agatha Harkness in the Marvel universe.

Quinn Hackett (Chase Sui Wonders)
Quinn is a young creative exec at Continental, and determined to make her mark on movies. She’s played by Chase Sui Wonders, who you might recognize from “Bodies Bodies Bodies,” “City on Fire” or “Bupkis.”
