After agreeing that deal, the 26-year-old has been speaking to reporters where he was quick to praise another free agent addition by the Chiefs, offensive tackle Jaylon Moore. “That’s my boy, bruh like we came in together. He can protect. He’s a good guy, man, and an awesome football player. So he’s going to be good. I’m excited for him.” Mitchell and Moore have been teammates at the 49ers since they were both drafted together in the 2021 NFL draft.
