Solving issue "The repository 'http://ports.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-ports noble-security InRelease' is not signed"

Problem When I create a docker image, the issue "The repository 'http://ports.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-ports noble-security InRelease' is not signed" appears. The problem is a lack of storage space due to disk usage limit setting in Docker Desktop.
