Video evidence of similar crimes from other areas of the Kyiv region, as well as the Kharkiv region and Donbass, appeared soon after. The most resonant was the video from the Zhytomyr highway, where Russians randomly shot at civilian cars with white flags from an armored personnel carrier and used machine guns to kill civilians with raised hands.March 1, 2022 – Russians shelled the center of Kharkiv, including the city administration building. 29 people were killed.
