I know which one you're thinking of but no, that's not the one I'm talking about. That one has revolutionary CG effects that brought the dinosaurs to spectacular life; this one has dinosaurs that look like those plastic toys you can pick up at the dollar store. In fact, this film makes that film, Jurassic Park, look like Citizen Kane. It's Carnosaur, and it stands as one of the worst dinosaur movies of all time.
