Rock & Roll Hall of Fame 2025 nominees: OutKast, Phish, Oasis, White Stripes & more

The Grammys are a wrap, and now the 2025 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame nominees have been announced. None of this year’s first-time nominees are being nominated in their first year of eligibility (25 years after an artist’s first release); OutKast, Phish, and The Black Crowes, the three newest artists, have been eligible for years at this point. Eligible for even longer were first-time noms Bad Company, Joe Cocker, and Mexican rock band Maná, and eligible for way longer than that is Chubby Checker, who’s best known for his 1960 hit “The Twist.”

Also nominated are past nominees Oasis, The White Stripes, Soundgarden, Mariah Carey, Cyndi Lauper, and Joy Division/New Order packaged together as one nominee.

You can vote for your favorite nominees now, and the winners will be revealed in April. The induction ceremony takes place in Los Angeles this fall.
