Quinn Hughes absent from Canucks practice on Sunday
After leaving mid-way through the third period in Vancouver’s 6-3 loss to the Seattle Kraken on Saturday, Hughes was absent at team practice the next day.

Quinn Hughes is shrouded with injury concern once again.
After sitting out most of the second half of the third period in Vancouver’s 6-3 loss to the Seattle Kraken on Saturday, Hughes was absent at team practice on Sunday.
After the game on Saturday, Rick Tocchet told reporters Hughes sat out because he “tweaked something.”
He repeated that language after practice.
“He tweaked something else and it was more of a cautionary, kind of a maintenance day. … We’ll see if gets on the ice Tuesday.”
The Canucks don’t play until Wednesday when they’ll host the Ducks.
Sportsnet’s Elliotte Friedman reported on Saturday during Hockey Night In Canada that Hughes is believed to be facing an oblique injury.
Saturday marked Hughes’ third game back after missing six with an undisclosed injury.
Hughes has 14 goals and 46 assists in 49 games this season.
