Brazilian police said they foiled a planned bombing attack at a Lady Gaga concert that drew more than 2 million people to Copacabana Beach. Suspects were “virtually recruiting participants to carry out attacks” at the concert using improvised explosive devices, according to the Rio de Janeiro Civil Police.
