New York, made up of Xander Schauffele, Rickie Fowler and Cam Young, held a 3-2 lead after nine holes of triples and won three more points in singles thanks to strategic hammer use to solidify the victory.
They move on to face the winner of Tuesday’s final between No. 2 The Bay GC and No. 3 Atlanta Drive.
The championship match is a best-of-three series that will be contested next Monday and Tuesday.
