Mathew Scholtz remained quickest and took provisional pole in the MotoAmerica Supersport class on Friday at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta. On the Strack Racing Yamaha YZF-R9, Scholtz headed PJ Jacobsen on the Rahal Ducati Moto Panigale V2, Strack teammate Blake Davis, Josh Hayes on the BPR Racing Yamaha and Tyler Scott on the Vision Wheel M4 ECSTAR Suzuki GSX-R750.
