Debit and credit cards are now accepted for toll payments at Lebuhraya Kemuning–Shah Alam (LKSA), Sistem Lingkaran Lebuhraya Kajang (SILK), Damansara–Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH) and Sungai Besi–Ulu Kelang Elevated Expressway (SUKE), so that all six Prolintas highways now operate with the open payment system (36 lanes in total).
“The implementation of the Open Payment System on more of our highways is part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing convenience for motorists, improving overall road safety, and helping to reduce congestion at toll plazas. We believe that by offering more flexible payment options, we can elevate the travel experience for all highway users,” said Prolintas executive director Mohamad Idros Mosin.
There are 10 open payment lanes on SUKE, eight on SILK, six on DASH and four on LKSA. Open payment systems have been running on Prolintas’ other two highways – the Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH) and the Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE) – since September 2023.
“The expansion of the Open Payment System further supports Prolintas’ commitment to digitalisation, as we leverage technology to create a more seamless, efficient, and customer-centric highway experience,” said Mohamad Idros.
