I've been fired from all my previous jobs. I do not know what to think about and how to stop that cycle
I am 31, informatics degree. I have been fired from all my previous jobs. Presales department 1,5 month. They asked me questions i replied correctly and they told me i was wrong, they explained me and then they said what i said before. I did not reply to a mail at 5 minutes and they came to yell at me. Finally they said that i could not adapt Tech Support to another company 4 months. I just did my job there. My only problem was my german. It was mandatory for this job and i was not fluent. They always told me to ask, and when i did they told me why? i should not adk. Thankfully i had a good colleague, she still does not understand why i got fired. IT consultant at Telco 1,5 years. training was good, people were normal but i could not adapt with the topic and everyday work. I think i should have been more into the job, more brave. Business Analyst 3 months, i really dont know what is going on there. The colleagues tell me that i am good, i try and my manager does not train me, she asks crazy things like we never communicated and an answer i am hearing is "you have to imagine it". Sorry, how can i imagine things and why is it bad if i ask a basic workflow or template of the job to understand what to do and how. I feel so depressed. Of course i want to work, of course i am not lazy. I want to learn but with the right training. It seems to me crazy when i have to do things that i do not know how to do
