Located airside in Terminal C, the 279sq m dining venue has 65 seats and incorporates three state-of the-art self-order kiosks for a faster ordering experience.

USA. HMSHost, an Avolta company, has unveiled the first-ever Shake Shack at Boston Logan International Airport. The travel restaurateur now works with the popular US fast-food brand at 13 airports in the country.
Located airside in Terminal C, the 279sq m dining venue has 65 seats and incorporates three state-of the-art self-order kiosks for a faster ordering experience.
HMSHost noted this is the only Shake Shack in Massachussets to serve breakfast every morning. Alongside the breakfast options are Shake Shack menu staples such as made-to-order 100% Angus beef burgers, crispy chicken, crinkle-cut fries and hand-spun milkshakes.
The venue also offers a full bar, with a variety of beers, wine and cocktails available.
HMSHost Vice President of Business Development Anthony Alessi told The Moodie Davitt Report, “We are excited to partner with Massachusetts Port Authority, MarketPlace Development and Shake Shack to bring the popular brand to Boston Logan International Airport.
“Over the years, we have brought several iconic, local and national restaurants to Logan, and Shake Shack is the latest in our portfolio. We appreciate the opportunity to support the airport’s goal to make the journey an enjoyable one for travellers.”
HMSHost’s other commercial interests at Boston Logan Airport include Boston Public Market, Kelly’s Roast Beef, Cisco Brewers, Sam Adams Brewhouse and Santarpios.
