Their technical chops—especially around automated pipelines—were solid, and early progress gave us confidence. But here’s where it got frustrating: delays crept in, timelines slipped, and a few things just didn’t go as planned. The team was transparent, which I respect, but the execution wasn’t as seamless as we were led to believe. It felt like we were constantly adjusting expectations and doing damage control mid-flight. To their credit, they didn’t ghost us or leave us hanging. They actually went the extra mile during handoff—training, documentation, even Q&A sessions for our staff. That part was handled well, and it made the post-project transition a lot smoother. Still, I can't help but wonder if our experience was typical—or if we were just unlucky.
