Redknapp currently does not have a horse in the iconic race.  Shakem Up’Arry has just missed out on the race, being named as one of four reserves for the Grand National. Roi Mage, Favori De Champdou and Fantastic Lady are the others. Reserves can be called up into the race should a runner pull out before the deadline at 1pm on Friday. So there is still a small chance that Redknapp gets his first runner in the race since 2023, but it seems very unlikely. Shakem Up’Arry was entered into the Grand National by trainer Ben Pauling but was forced to wait for the 34th and final spot. Redknapp’s horse weighs the same as fellow entry Duffle Coat who has now claimed that last place in the race.
