Do many United States companies have disability rate goals?
I was filling out a job application, and on the voluntary disclosure part, where it asks what my gender, race, and veteran and disability statuses are, it said the company is trying to have at least 7% of their employees with disabilities. Do many (or most?) companies in the United States have such goals?
