Coty expands Kylie Jenner fragrance offer with Cosmic 2.0

Kylie Jenner (Coty) has unveiled Cosmic Kylie Jenner 2.0, the second fragrance in her eponymous scent collection. It launched in global travel retail on 7 March.

The sequel fragrance builds on the momentum of Cosmic Kylie Jenner, the top-performing launch in the US women’s fragrance category between January and March 2024*.

The release continues the brand’s positioning in the floral amber fragrance space, with a composition designed to evoke “a celestial embrace”.

Cosmic Kylie Jenner 2.0 opens with fresh, fruity pear accord and bright pink pepper notes, followed by heart notes of vanilla orchid and lavender essence. At its base, amber and sandalwood accords offer a warm, lingering finish.

The fragrance is presented in a sculptural bottle designed to fit in the palm of the hand. This latest iteration features a chrome, mirrored finish, symbolising self-reflection and personal growth. The outer packaging continues the celestial theme, with a peach ombré design inspired by dawn’s first light.

“I loved the idea of trying to capture the feeling of a new day and putting it into my next fragrance. Cosmic 2.0 truly does that with fresh and bright notes of pear and pink pepper, while still having the warmth of my favourite amber and vanilla notes from our original version,” said Founder Kylie Jenner. “I’m so excited to introduce another amazing scent to our collection, and I can’t wait to share it with everyone.”

Cosmic Kylie Jenner 2.0 has been developed to be worn alone or layered with the original fragrance, creating a more vibrant effect when applied over the first edition, or a richer, warmer profile when layered beneath it.

The fragrance is available in 30ml (US$48), 50ml (US$60) and 100ml (US$78), alongside a 10ml travel spray (US$26).
