Conflict/no conflict? [closed]
After being layed off from my last company I started searching for jobs on my own. I emailed my resume and set up an interview with a company, Went to the interview which went really well and the next day a recruiter contacted me. He set an interview up with a different company for me, he also asked if I was talking to anyone else. when I told him he said that is my client. As all this progressed the owner of the company was in the process of sending me an offer letter, The next day I called the owner of the company and they will not talk to me. I have a sneaking suspicion the recruiter called them and told them not to, I don't see the conflict as I set the interview up myself and went to it before I even spoke to the recruiter.
