Domestic football returns this weekend following the drama of the European semi finals, with crunch matches taking place across the top divisions in England, Scotland and Spain. Our very own Ally McCoist has picked his talkSPORT BET tips on matches across Saturday’s matches up and down the continent, and you can add his latest tip straight to your bet slip here. Ally’s Acca: Brentford, Wolves, Dundee United and Celta Vigo all to win – (was 15/1) NOW 19/1 – CLAIM HERE 1. Brentford to win away at Ipswich (Sat, 3pm) Brentford continue their push for a top eight finish and a place in the Conference League next season with a trip to an already relegated Ipswich side on Saturday afternoon. The Bees sit just a point behind Bournemouth in eight place, which, provided Manchester City win the FA Cup next weekend, would secure the final European berth in the Premier League, and head to Suffolk having won each of their last three games. Ipswich, meanwhile have won only one in their 16 league matches since the turn of the year and have already had their relegation to the Championship confirmed. The Tractor Boys have lost three of their last four games with Brentford, winning just one of the last 10. 2. Wolves to beat Brighton at home (Sat, 3pm) Wolves prepare for the visit of Brighton have won six of their last seven matches, only losing at the Etihad Stadium in that run, which has seen them catapult up to 13th in the Premier League table, their highest position all season. Vitor Pereira’s side will be eager to get back in front of their home fans for the penultimate time this season, where they’ve won their last three matches, and take on a Brighton side with just one win in their last eight outings in all competitions. The Seagulls are winless against the West Midlands side in three of their last four matches against them. 3. Dundee United to beat St Mirren at home (Sat, 3pm) Dundee United head into their penultimate home game of the Premiership season having won three of their last five matches, and welcome St Mirren to Tannadice Park having won their last four matches against the Paisley side. St Mirren have returned winless from their last three matches away from home ahead of their trip to the east coast, picking up just one point from those travels. Five points separate the two teams in the Premiership table, a gap that the home will be looking to extend to an unassailable eight by the end of the weekend, while a win could also take them into the top four and into the European places. 4. Celta Vigo to beat Sevilla at home (Sat 3:15pm) Celta Vigo will be looking to hold onto seventh place this weekend with only four games of the season still to play in Spain’s top flight, with the side bidding for a place in the Europa League next season. Only Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid have won more games than Claudio Giraldez’s side this season, who have lost just one of their last six at Balaidos, winning four of those. Sevilla are having a desperately disappointing campaign in the league, currently way down in 16th place and only six points above the relegation zone having picked up just two points from their last seven games. talkSPORT BET – Bet £10 Get £30 In Free Bets – CLAIM HERE* talkSPORT BET App Download the talkSPORT BET app here Download the iOS app Download the Android app 18+ gambleaware.org Commercial content notice: Taking one of the bookmaker offers featured in this article may result in a payment to talkSPORT. 18+.
